北京之旅(三) - 功夫傳奇

第一天晚上吃過"毒"蝎子後, 我們到了崇文區的紅劇場觀賞這套表演.  原本知道要看功夫表演, 心底兒有點抗拒.  但看過這套將武術同芭蕾、現代舞、雜技等藝術形式結合起來的表演, 加上別具匠心的舞美、燈光設計以及原創音樂，《功夫傳奇》又有另一番神韻。
功夫傳奇
它講述的是小和尚純一揮別母親入山拜師，歷經了啟蒙、學藝、思凡等重重考驗，最終成為一代宗師的故事。簡單樸實的敍事蘊涵了“磨難與成長”這個永恆的人生主題.

We went to see the Legend of Kung Fu at The Red Theatre, and loved this spectacular show depicting the life of a young boy who finally reaches enlightenment through mastering kung fu and Zen.  In addition to the program detailing the show, there was a marquee above the stage, which explained each of the scenes in Chinese as well as in English.
